On February 25th, Stratas Foods Hillside participated in the NACUFS 2025 Spring Conference in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The conference was attended by chefs and foodservice directors from major colleges and universities. Our booth showcased plant-based GreenOasis Mayo and Plant Butter, along with Lion Extra Heavy Real Mayonnaise in different applications. Our chefs prepared samples with the plant-based products, including an everything seasoning plant butter board and Bang Bang sauces in both a Plant-based Mayo and Extra Heavy Real Mayonnaise version, for comparison. Culinary teams and foodservice directors were highly impressed with the GreenOasis plant-based items and the Extra Heavy Real Mayonnaise.
