Progress Update! Things are moving fast at Clear Creek Crossings, and we couldn’t be more excited to see this project take shape! With site work wrapping up and buildings going vertical, this future retail hub in northeast Charlotte is well on its way to becoming a community destination. ? Thank you to James R. Vannoy & Sons Construction Company, Inc. for keeping things on track and moving safely. And of course, a huge thank you to Equinox Development Properties, Inc. for trusting us to help bring their vision to life. ? With Publix, Great Clips, Venice Nails, Domino’s, Chase, Whataburger, and Heartland Dental already on board, this project is bringing new energy to the area. A New Chapter for Care Ring – and Our Community We were honored to attend Care Ring's ribbon cutting last week, celebrating a major milestone for their mission and our community. After months of construction, seeing their team settle into this new home—a transformed 13,000 sq. ft. former UPS depot—was nothing short of inspiring. This space isn’t just a building—it’s a promise to the community. With this expansion, Care Ring can continue delivering affordable, high-quality healthcare to those who need it most in Mecklenburg County. Moments like these remind us why we do what we do—because helping our clients create spaces like this has a lasting impact. It’s been an honor to work alongside Harker and so many dedicated partners to help bring this vision to life. A special shoutout to our own Elissa Sturdivant, who rolled up her sleeves, got into the details, and ensured everything came together just right—making Move Day a success.
