The study, conducted in collaboration between Kaiser Permanente Northern California (KPNC) and Strata Oncology, concluded: ? ??ADC-TRS status significantly associated with overall survival (OS) after ADC treatment initiation in both KPNC and non-KP cohorts. ??ADC-TRS significantly improved model fit for OS beyond target gene expression alone. ??More than 25% of all patients with advanced solid tumors are predicted to respond to one or more approved ADCs outside of current indications. ?
