    Today is the anniversary of the Friends of the Stow-Munroe Falls Public Library Endowment Fund, which supports the many programs and services of the Stow-Munroe Falls Public Library. The library was founded 100 years ago, initially as a school district library with a board of trustees appointed by the board of education. We still have seats left for the Q & A panel portion of our Fall for the Book Local Author Fair. Eight local authors will visit the library to answer your reading, writing, and publishing questions.     LIBRARY SQUAD, ASSEMBLE! As always, our annual Staff In-Service Day was an employee hit. It's the one day every year the entire squad is in the building at the same time. This year's theme was "Let's Taco 'Bout It!" We participated in a Lego-building workshop designed to help teams become unified and focused through strong leadership, good communication, and many other training sessions. Any guesses on what we had for lunch? ?? We are open today for our regular hours and happy to return to helping our patrons read, dream, and connect. ??
