Can successful career-minded men be hands-on dad as well? What do you think? Well, for me I take a lot of pride in both roles that I play in life. I want to be the best possible entrepreneur that I can be to create impact for the community and a legacy for myself. I also want to be the best dad I can be to nurture my son and give him all the love he deserves. Is it difficult? 1000%!! ???? But I believe it's still humanly possible if you are... INTENTIONAL! Yes, that's the key. It starts there. ? Be intentional about being present. ? Be intentional about setting boundaries. ? Be intentional about caring for family and work. ? Be intentional about setting aside time for things that matter. ? Be intentional on what is important and what is not. ?? We are not perfect beings. But as long as we try our best, I think we deserve credit for that. It's International Men's Month and Day! Shout-out to all amazing hands-on dads out there for the inspiring work you do. We can definitely do more but I'd like you to give yourself more credit for what you have done. :) And thank you to all amazing women who are supporting us and not bashing us.
