See photos below of the unique detention system designed for a housing community in downtown Excelsior, Minnesota. This multifamily project will feature seven new residential buildings and a parking garage. A stormwater management solution was needed to meet water storage requirements and work with an existing treatment system on-site. StormTrap provided a long detention vault using 4’-2” and 5’-6” SingleTrap modular pieces. Given the site’s footprint constraints, the basin was placed near the buildings along the south side of the property. The system was installed in just two days and provides over 11,900 cubic feet of water storage. Application: Detention | Number of Basins: 1 | Product Used: 4’-2” and 5’-6” SingleTrap | Number of Pieces: 32 | Total Water Stored: 11,968 cf | Foundation: Concrete | Consulting Engineer: Larson Engineering | Installing Contractor: Triple E Water and Sewer | General Contractor: IRONMARK Building Company Learn more about our detention systems: https://lnkd.in/gm7_Zic #StormWater #StormwaterManagement #DetentionSystem #Minnesota

StormTrap provided two SiteSaver hydrodynamic separator devices to effectively remove sediments from waterways in Adams County, Colorado. The 62nd Roadway Improvements project consists of widening roadways, installing traffic signals, and constructing sidewalks, among other improvements. As part of the project, StormTrap provided a water quality solution to meet the County’s MS4 requirements for total suspended solids (TSS) removal. Given the project’s confined, linear nature, there was no space above ground to treat stormwater coming off the new impervious area. StormTrap’s underground SiteSaver devices provided the ideal solution, effectively treating stormwater by removing TSS and floatables. Product Used: SiteSaver | Water Quality Flow: 3.4 cfs | Particle Size: OK-110 | Removal Efficienty: 80% TSS removal | Consulting Engineer: RESPEC | Installing and General Contractor: Zak Dirt Learn more about SiteSaver: https://lnkd.in/gJaqdgj #WaterQuality #WaterManagement #SiteSaver #Colorado
