Today Stone Hilton PLLC filed this cert petition at the U.S. Supreme Court for our client, Rory Wilson. Rory should not have been prosecuted by the city of Moscow, Idaho for his act of protest. Judd stone, Chris Hilton, and I were proud to file this First Amendment challenge on behalf of Rory.

Proud of Chris Hilton and Alex Dvorscak on their big win in Texas Business Court. The Stone Hilton PLLC team, along with Adam Locke and Yetter Coleman LLP had a 3-day evidentiary hearing last month. The result? After successfully removing the case to the Business Court, the team won a temporary injunction for our client, SafeLease. This win marks one of the first such cases in the Austin Division of the new Texas Business Court. Excited to be part of a team breaking ground in this new judicial forum.
