ESCO Security had the opportunity to partner with Stoltzfus Meats (the world's best scrapple!!!) to install a fire alarm system that also ties into the kitchen's fire suppression system and add a security system complete with access control. If you have the time, watch the video on how to make scrapple while you wait on your order at Amos' Place. My favorites are the Stoltzfus Scrambler (Breakfast), the Stoltzfus Sausage Sandwich (Lunch), and the Broasted Chicken (Dinner or Supper?).
