At our Estate, Syrah is all about balance and flavor. This year, we’ve once again turned to clay amphoras to work their magic. By fermenting and aging a portion of our Syrah in these ancient vessels, we create a beautiful harmony of softened tannins and vibrant aromatics. The clay’s permeability keeps the ferments cool, resulting in a lighter, more elegant profile with layers of fresh fruit. A small percentage of co-fermented Viognier adds a floral touch and enhances the color, making our Syrah even more vibrant and expressive, while staying true to the essence of our vineyard’s terroir. #wvharvest2024 #syrah #winelover #cheers #orwine #stollerfamilyestate #winemaking #dundeehills #wine
