Third generation owner/operator, Keith Stoddard Jr., continues his father’s legacy by expanding the company, Stoddard Enterprise LLC., from what once was created by the original founders, father R.K. Stoddard and Grandfather J.C. Stoddard in 1972. After 49-years of proven success Stoddard was built from the relationships with repeat clients, new clients, and design teams. Keith Stoddard still operates from the founding values of honesty, integrity, quality, and hard work instilled from growing up in the construction business. These values have been the reason for Stoddard’s success and has enabled them to operate with their own capital, not lending from any institutions. Keith Stoddard has been in the construction industry for over 30 years. While working part-time for his father and going to school, he earned his bachelor’s in business administration from UTSA in 1999. Excited to announce the completion of the New Image Plastic Surgery project. The 4,267 sq. ft. medical facility features two outpatient surgical suites with a pre op, recovery room, four patient exam rooms, a procedure room, two doctor offices, three staff offices, patient reception area, breakroom, and lobby. This state-of-the-art facility is designed to enhance plastic surgery care in the local community and surrounding areas.
On Saturday, July 13th , the residents of Mason celebrated the rededication of their courthouse in a big way.?The festivities kicked off with Mason’s Annual Round Up?Parade, followed by the Courthouse Rededication?Ceremony with the official ribbon cutting by former Judge Jerry Bearden, followed by the Courthouse Open House, and finally concluding with the Mason County Roundup Rodeo & Festival. We’re honored to have been part of this historical project and enjoyed the festivities celebrating the Mason community. Construction Update: The Mason County Courthouse is showing off how outdoor lighting enhances the visual appeal of buildings and environments through lighting design. The courthouse has 16 different lighting scenes transforming the outdoor spaces with elegance and sophistication. One more way Stoddard is combining old world craftsmanship with new world innovation.
Second Annual Contractors Helping Kids Casino Night Fundraiser: The excitement and glamour of Las Vegas came alive for our family and friends, as they had the opportunity to play their favorite casino table games in an incredible night. Mason County Courthouse experiencing the total solar eclipse. The courthouse experienced a once-in-a-lifetime celestial event on Monday afternoon as the moon passed between the sun and the earth, causing a complete block of the face of the sun. Giving us a sunset and sunrise within minutes of each other, granting us the thrill to experience momentary darkness while enjoying the drop in temperature. The newly installed street and landscape lights turned on to illuminate the experience. A layer of clouds covered the sky Monday morning, hiding the sun. The sun’s rays poked through clouds as the morning turned to afternoon allowing the unobstructed view of the solar phenomenon. Thank you to our Superintendent Glenn for taking amazing pictures.
The eclipse over Kerrville State Hospital – Laundry Facility project. Kerrville was ground zero for complete totality, we were able to witness the moon starting to take small bites out of the sun. Totality marveled over the drama of darkness descending in the middle of the day, streetlights flickered on, the air cooled, flags hardly stirred in the calm twilight, a sense of calm came over during the darkness. The clouds broke through at the right time to give us an amazing experience witnessing the total eclipse. Thank you to our Superintendent Troy for taking amazing pictures.
Project Update: It’s been a busy last couple weeks, thrilled to share a sneak peek of the beginning stages of the main entrance construction at Cornerstone Church Phase II. Check out our new project video where you can catch the first glimpse of the foundation’s preparations being laid down, as the team is preparing the undergrounds for the all-important concrete slab.
