Dimanche 9 mars, Theva Molina et Paul Grozel ont relevé un défi de taille en parcourant les 21,1 km du Semi-Marathon de Paris 2025, aux c?tés de 48 000 participants. L’activité physique, c'est une manière de repousser ses limites mais aussi de cultiver un bon esprit d'équipe. C’est avec cette même envie de progression que nous nous retrouvons chaque semaine pour un entra?nement collectif. ?? Introduced in 2009 at the UN Climate Conference, nature-based solutions were defined in 2013 by the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN), Global Protected Areas Programme as adaptive solutions that restore ecosystems while supporting both humanity and biodiversity. Nature Based Solutions arise from the idea of using natural and environmental processes to mitigate climate change and social issues. Nature Based Solutions include approaches such as ecosystem restoration, forest rehabilitation, biodiversity conservation, and the use of natural ecosystems to mitigate climate change.
