??Congratulations to North Side Community School for winning the Outstanding Pre-K Readiness Award at our 2024 St. Louis Educator Awards! North Side’s model focuses on both academic growth and social-emotional learning. The results indicate that this is having a great impact on student outcomes: More than 63% of Northside’s students achieved Kindergarten Readiness between the fall and spring of this school year! MISSOURI ACCREDITATION Towards our shared mission of expanding access to high-quality pre-K, STL Pre-K Cooperative partners are continuing to make rapid progress toward earning Missouri Accreditation, a higher standard of program quality beyond the requirements to maintain state licensure. Missouri Accreditation serves as our proxy for high-quality pre-K programs in the state of Missouri and is a regulatory requirement for state pre-K contracting. With the support of the Cooperative, in the last few months, Playtime Academy Children Development Center has achieved Missouri Accreditation. Kudos to the Executive Director, Sharon Patterson, for this huge accomplishment! Playtime Academy Children Development Center has completed the entire accreditation process.?
