St. James Parish Hospital was 1 of 13 state healthcare facilities to receive the 2024 Funds for Safety Grant sponsored by LHA Trust Funds. This grant helps us invest in equipment that will improve patient safety in our Operating Room. “We want to thank LHA Trust Funds for supporting our patient safety efforts,” said Kara Dornier, RN, Director of Surgical Services at St. James Parish Hospital. “While we are a small facility, our focus on safety is big.
