  • We had a killer call with a creative studio owner in Australia who absolutely loved the idea of using Stimulated.Works as a white-label creative resource. Why? Because sometimes the right talent isn’t readily available in-house—especially when deadlines are tight, clients are demanding, and the usual go-to’s are maxed out. And you know what? We're game. If the world needs a white-label creative solution and we have it, we're 100% open—especially if it helps artists and creative studios thrive. No scrambling. No hiring headaches. Just high-caliber creative work, seamlessly delivered under your brand—and the best part? Jobs start instantly with trustable, on-demand ‘RWA’ (Ready, Willing, and Able) talent. We're offering this for the first time, and we're so excited to try it that Robb Wagner is opening up ‘fee-free’ slots to let a few studios experience it firsthand. There is no commitment, it's just a chance to see how it works. We're motivated by helping artists and other creative studios thrive. We know the struggle of keeping up with demand while maintaining quality, and we want to share our resources to make it easier for studios to scale without stress. Whether it’s motion, experiential, AI-driven content, or full-scale creative development, our team executes—so your studio can scale, deliver, and thrive without missing a beat. Who else sees the potential here? Please feel free to share your thoughts and questions in the comments. #whitelabel #2D #3D #AI #creativeproduction #creativestudios #agencies

You ask for what you need, and the work starts immediately—no friction, no delays, no endless back-and-forths. Would that be interesting to you? For creative talent—from independent artists to studios: What if landing projects was as simple as reading a rock-solid brief, signaling ‘RWA’ (Ready, Willing, and Able) in five minutes—no heavy RFPs, no kickoff calls—and just getting to work? Would that be interesting to you? This is precisely what Stimulated Works makes possible. Creative work moves as fast as you can think—covering 2D, 3D, and AI motion, animation, development, and design projects. This week, twenty years ago, Robb Wagner launched Stimulated-Inc., driven by a passion for creative disruption and innovation. What a wild ride it’s been. This journey has taken us across industries and mediums—from television to concerts, to film, radically experimental live events and streams, and cruise ship new builds. There have been incredible highs and some brutal lows, but we wouldn’t trade it for anything. Well… mostly. We never imagined that we'd have the chance to be part of almost every major award show on television, help create groundbreaking Disney concerts and 3D feature films, work alongside legends like Michael Jackson and Spike Jonze, invent an entirely new way of doing high-stakes creative work, write a playbook for it, and now find ourselves standing at the forefront of an entirely new creative future. We want to thank the artists who’ve joined us over the years—often stepping into projects without fully knowing what we were trying to achieve. Your trust, talent, and willingness to take risks have been vital to our success. You helped bring some of the biggest, craziest ideas to life, and I’m forever grateful for your boldness and creativity. Above all, we want to thank the clients who’ve been brave enough to trust the vision they believed in. That work—the daring, disruptive, “let’s do what’s never been done”—is the work we love doing. It’s the only work we’ll ever do. To everyone who has contributed to Stimulated-Inc. over the years, and to everyone who allowed us to contribute to your vision—thank you. We’re not done yet. Let’s keep pushing boundaries together. Here’s to the next era of creative disruption. #Anniversaries #Disruption #Innovation

Founder & CEO, Stimulated-Inc. | Game-changing video content through hyper-efficiency—2D, 3D, Experiential & AI. Thought it was out of reach? Think again.

As we dive deeper into AI-driven creative work, there are fundamental mindset shifts that producers and clients must make: AI workflows are not like traditional media workflows. AI Workflows Are Iterative, Not Deterministic In traditional tools like After Effects or 3D rendering, you make precise adjustments—move a keyframe or tweak an input—and you’ll get the same result every single time. This is called "deterministic." AI tools, however, operate on a completely different principle. They generate outputs based on probability distributions, meaning even with the same inputs, you’ll often get varied results. It’s About Trial, Error, and Refinement Working with AI is an iterative process. Recently, we worked on a project where we added an AI-generated photoreal character into a 3D scene. Every time AI generated an image of the character, her hairstyle, face, and even hair color would vary slightly. It wasn’t just a matter of choosing the “best” image but combining multiple outputs—one where we liked her face, another with great hair, and a third where the lighting hit her sweater perfectly—and compositing them into the final product. This inherent variability is part of the challenge of using AI tools for photorealistic characters. Think Abundance, Not Scarcity The cost of generating AI outputs is incredibly low compared to traditional methods—essentially just electricity. Unlike traditional workflows, where generating a new version could take days, AI allows you to create multiple iterations in seconds or minutes. This abundance means you don’t have to be overly precious with any single version. Experiment freely and refine as you go. But Abundance Can Overwhelm The ability to create "infinite variations" isn't always a positive experience. For producers and clients, reviewing hundreds of outputs can quickly become overwhelming. Managing this influx of data and gathering feedback requires systems that prevent decision fatigue. Without careful curation, the sheer volume of options can hinder progress rather than accelerate it. The Real Work Lies in Building the Workflow The power of AI lies in creating a workflow that generates meaningful outputs. Once you’ve honed this process, you can produce infinite variations with ease. The value isn’t just in the end product—it’s in crafting the system that allows for continuous iteration and innovation while avoiding overwhelm. This shift is profound, reshaping how we approach creative work. AI isn’t an “easy button”; it’s a new way of thinking about creation, collaboration, and craft. For clients and producers alike, success with AI requires openness to this new process and a willingness to embrace the unexpected. Thanks Cedar Connor for helping to unravel this. If you're navigating the challenges of AI workflows or are curious about how to make this mindset shift in your projects, let’s connect. Drop me a message or comment below—I’d love to share insights and hear your thoughts.

Cedar Connor breaks down a groundbreaking workflow that transforms video footage of real human expressions into stylized, animated characters in the newest drop from our Don't Blink series. Here’s what sets this workflow apart: Local Control: Unlike cloud-based tools like Runway Act One or Sora, this process runs entirely on your local workstation. This is a game-changer for clients who prefer to keep their IP secure and out of the cloud. Stylized Creativity: While cloud-based services often focus on photorealistic humans or human-like characters, this model is designed for creating more artistic, stylized animations. You can watch the full breakdown on ARENA. If you’re interested in implementing this workflow, we can guide you through the process or handle the work. Let us know how we can help. #ai #characteranimation #ipsecurity

Producers, this one’s for you. Using AI to create still images is now stable, reliable, and well-established. But the process? It’s not what we’re used to. Here’s the reality: giving AI tools feedback is very different from working with an artist. Where an artist can use Photoshop to make a precise, surgical change to an image, AI will regenerate the entire image—and it won’t look exactly like the one you gave feedback on. Creating high-quality still images with AI means generating dozens, if not hundreds, of variations. From there, it’s about finding the “best of the best” and using additional tools to refine, ‘in-paint,’ mix, and stitch elements together until you arrive at a polished result. Continuity between objects and people across images is achievable, but the path to get there looks nothing like a traditional workflow. The upside is that iterations are fast and inexpensive, making exploration quick and accessible. The downside? You’ll be swimming in variations—sometimes overwhelming ones—and you’ll have to accept that AI quirks like six-fingered hands are just part of the process. They’re fixable, but they come with the territory. This isn’t business as usual, and it requires a shift in mindset. But the creative potential is massive. We’ve built a space for Producers like you in ARENA to discuss these challenges, share insights, and stay ahead of the curve. Link in comments. Thank you for the insight Cedar Connor. cc Cherish Edwards x Lidia Scarlat #ai #images #process
