Two of our properties are taking the helm and working to elevate the customer experience in their community. Fitzroy Grove, located in Rogers, Arkansas, created a community garden for residents to plant and grow vegetables and herbs for their enjoyment. The Lorient, located in Pensacola, Florida, made space for a plant library allowing both residents and members of the community to share plant clippings with their neighbors allowing both parties the ability to grow new plants in their home. We appreciate our communities taking the time to create something that not only brings our residents joy but also comes with a sustainability aspect!

Each month, our Stewards work to provide our residents with an environment where they can engage with their neighbors and foster a relationship with our community team members through events and activities. Everything is new & in a great location. It's quiet for the most part unlike deeper into downtown but still downtown. Good things are happening with events, weekly! We get catered events & food trucks regularly that visit the property. I'm glad that community feedback is a thing here & goes up to corporate and things get set in stone! The assistant director is also easy to work with and reliable for anything that has to be addressed. Great landscaping, very dog friendly. Lots of good neighbor networking as well.
