Work has begun on Pad 5 at Sunroad Plaza. This is the final piece of a 4 acre commercial-retail center infill project in Vista. Begun back in 2017, Sunroad Enterprises, Stevens Cresto Engineers, and our partners are excited to see it reach the finish line. Located adjacent to SR-78 and Vista Village Drive, this project provides various drive-thru restaurants and commercial retail to the community. Not even June Gloom can put a damper on the progress being made on Otay Business Park. We're thrilled to be working with Elevation Land Company, Dempsey Construction, Inc. and our many other partners to get this project across the finish line. In the distance you can see one of our other many projects in Otay Mesa, Otay Crossings Commerce Park (Kearny Real Estate) which should be closed out within the next couple months.
