All Sterling CPI Employees, We have just experienced the worst natural disaster to ever impact the Upstate of South Carolina. We have all suffered loses to property, infrastructure, and personal belongings. We are a close family at Sterling and when one of us suffers we all suffer. All of you are exceptionally important to the wellbeing and success of our business. As a company we have a responsibility to support all of you especially during catastrophe and significant loss. All employees will be paid for 40 hours of employment for this week. If you are one of the many employees that have been called in to help with our business restoration you will receive overtime pay for those hours worked. Thank you for taking time away from your families during this difficult time. Thank you all for your continued support of our business and please be extra careful as power is restored to your area.
