Sterling is delighted to introduce Lisa Barnard, who has joined our Quality team as Global Process Optimization Manager. Lisa joins Sterling from our parent company, Kuehne+Nagel, where she’s worked for 30 years in various roles focusing on organizational design and process optimization. This includes being named North American Network Optimization Manager in 2014, where she created the company’s first process mitigation, quality and performance platform for global services. With the depth of experience Lisa brings to her new role, she’ll take the lead on a thorough review of Sterling’s current processes and identify areas for improvement.
