We are currently looking for reputable private/hard money lenders who are okay with being vetted. We recently avoided becoming a victim of wire and mortgage fraud by an individual who claimed he was a private lender. We are looking to purchase multifamily and commercial properties, and want to work with one or two different money people that can produce results and work with a multitude of variables and anything that arises. We cannot thank our employees enough for their dedication to every project they work on. Early morning pours, late nights before a new business opens their doors, or even working long weekends… our people never quit on our clients. This project has been plagued with bad weather, logistical issues, and more, but we finally got this section of a project poured, saw cut, and cleaned up. I cannot speak highly enough about our suppliers, but our guys performed great and the finished product was perfect!
