Each of the firm’s partners are admitted in New York State and Federal courts and the firm maintains membership in various professional associations including the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the Westchester County Bar Association, the New York State Planning Federation, the Municipal Law Resource Center, the New York State Defenders Association, the New York Criminal Bar Association, and the New York State Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. The firm has often drawn on members of the judiciary for its counsel. These have included the late Hon. Richard Levett, the late Hon. P. Raymond Sirignano, and the late Hon. James R. Caruso.
