?? 3 Questions to Ask Your Doctor About Lung Cancer Screening ?? Lung cancer is most treatable when caught early, but Black patients often face barriers to timely diagnosis and care. At SCHEQ, we’re committed to advancing equitable cancer care. Start the conversation with your doctor today by asking: 1?? Am I eligible for lung cancer screening? (Age, smoking history, and risk factors matter) 2?? What type of screening should I get? (Understanding low-dose CT scan can help you make an informed decision) 3?? How often should I get screened? (Regular screenings can save lives) Health equity starts with awareness and access. Visit our website for patient and provider resources. Let’s work together to close the gaps in cancer care ?? #SCHEQ #HealthEquity #LungCancerAwareness #EarlyDetectionSavesLives #ScreeningMatters

?? Did you know Black Americans are 15% less likely to receive an early-stage lung cancer diagnosis? ?? Early detection is key to survival, yet disparities in access to screenings and care continue to put Black patients at a higher risk. Addressing these inequities starts with awareness, advocacy, and ensuring everyone has access to life-saving screenings. ??
