Stellix recently wrapped up FY24 with our Quarterly Shareholders Meeting, where we reflected on our progress as an ESOP and shared our plans for the future. Manager of Digital Data and Analytics at Stellix Global Services, Dashiell leads a team focused on delivering data-driven insights and integrating digital solutions for our clients.? ? Dashiell's career at Stellix Global Services began in our sister company, NECI, in 2020. With a background in computer science, IT/OT, and cyber security, Dashiell joined as a Data Integration Engineer, and in just 18 months, he moved into a supervisory role.? ? Dashiell was drawn to the life sciences sector and the opportunity to shift from a systems ownership role to a service-oriented position. This transition opened up new professional avenues for him. ? Meet Jill Buske, Manager of Automation Engineering at Stellix Global Services. ? Jill was first introduced to the company as a customer, where her interactions with employees left a lasting impact. "I was really impressed with the caliber of the people that I worked with. They were very intelligent and always responsive. We had numerous complex issues that they were able to solve," she said. ? Encouraged by her positive experiences, Jill applied for an engineering manager position at NECI and secured the role quickly. "It was a much better opportunity for me in every way. There's a lot more growth, a lot more to learn, and a lot more people to meet and experiences to have here," she stated enthusiastically. Looking to the future, Jill is particularly interested in the restructuring efforts and the new customer experience center found at our Foxborough HQ. "I'm looking forward to seeing where we go," she said. The transparency from the company’s leadership provides a clear plan that Jill thinks is both encouraging and attainable. ? The culture at the company?has been a significant draw for Jill. "The culture is collaborative and customer-focused. I enjoy all the different activities and the little things that make a big difference, like the weekly breakfasts and lunches in the Portsmouth office," she shared. ?
