This month our team gathered in Istanbul for our annual company-wide retreat to connect and collaborate. And just like the shirts suggest, we embraced this year’s theme of ‘Unlocking Excellence’. What does that mean exactly? It’s about honing in the mindset and practices needed to keep a high bar in our delivery to partners — especially as we continue growing. In groups we made progress toward this optimal state, and we’re leaving Turkey better equipped to carry out our long-term mission than when we arrived. ??
