We are proud to share that an affiliate of Stellex Capital Management has acquired Fox Brothers Holdings Group (the “Company”)?a UK-based integrated services and materials provider to the construction and infrastructure industry. The Company, now in its fourth generation of family leadership, has been in operation since 1932, providing services to the construction and infrastructure industry across the UK, including muck-away, haulage of aggregates, production of recycled aggregates, waste recycling, quarry operations and ready-mix concrete production. As part of this transaction, the Company will merge with J A Jackson, a well-known quarry operator and producer of recycled aggregates and ready mixed concrete. Paul Fox will continue in his role as Chief Executive Officer. The Company welcomes Mark Joel as Company Chair and Andy Swinnerton as Chief Operating Officer. We are proud to share that an affiliate of Stellex Capital Management has executed a definitive agreement to acquire McConway & Torley, LLC (“M&T”) and Standard Forged Products, LLC (“SFP”) (together, the “Company”) from Arcosa Inc., via a carve-out, creating a new chapter for these historic Pittsburgh-based businesses. The Company has been in continuous operation since 1869, producing cast, forged, and machined products for rail and industrial customers across its three facilities. We believe this acquisition aligns with our strategy of applying operational expertise in an effort to seek to drive growth in critical manufacturing sectors. We're looking forward to working with the experienced management team and new CEO David Meyer to build on the companies' 150-year legacy and explore new opportunities for prospective growth.
