Throwback of last year’s NY event and February’s highlight receiving the She Exist Magazine copies, featuring our inclusion among a cohort of accomplished women #leatran #katiekupstas. This publication stands as a testament to the dedication of celebrating women’s empowerment, is meticulously crafted by and for women. ?? I am particularly proud of the recognition bestowed upon my friend Lea Tran for her exceptional book, “I Did Not Miss the Boat.” ?? Knowing Lea, an individual of extraordinary resilience, who has triumphed over life’s adversities with unwavering courage, fills me with profound honor. Despite facing challenges that could have derailed her path, Lea persisted, showcasing resilience, compassion, and love, while thriving across various aspects of her life. ??I Did Not Miss the Boat is an essential read for individuals grappling with life’s complexities, teenagers navigating tough times, and anyone seeking courage and motivation to persevere at any stage of their life. Its significance is such that I personally think it should be mandated reading in every high school, offering invaluable insights into history through a deeply personal account of heroic events. With its eloquent narrative and compelling storyline, this book is hard to put down—a must-read that offers profound perspective and encouragement. ??
