Earlier this month a few lucky Steinwall employees had the opportunity to attend Minnesota Manufacturing Night at the Minnesota Wild game, where they watched the Wild take on the Edmonton Oilers. It was an incredible experience to see the stands filled with hardworking individuals from the manufacturing industry, all coming together to celebrate the vital role manufacturing plays in our state. Congratulations to Gary Sonneson on his retirement after 39 remarkable years at Steinwall! As Maintenance Manager, Gary played a critical role in ensuring that our equipment and injection molding machines were always in top condition. His expertise, dedication, and leadership earned him the respect of his colleagues, and he was honored as Steinwall’s Employee of the Year twice during his tenure. Gary’s impact on our team goes beyond his technical skills—he’s also known for his friendly banter and unwavering support of Minnesota sports, especially his beloved Vikings. Meet Max Bergeron, one of our talented Project Engineers at Steinwall! Max's career at Steinwall has been a journey of growth and transformation. Starting seven years ago as a Material Handler, Max quickly moved up to the role of Material Handling Supervisor, where he honed his leadership skills and deepened his understanding of our operations. In 2022, he was promoted to the Project Engineering team, where he now uses his hands-on experience to drive innovative solutions that contribute to our success. Max shares his journey in his own words: “Each step of my journey has been marked by growth and a dedication to learning.
