The first substantial renovation of the 228-unit #affordablehousing development after 45 years since its construction yields dramatic results from the photos alone! After decades of neglect, The Meranda's revitalization preserves homes for low-income #seniors (55+) in Jefferson,?Indiana, minutes from downtown Louisville,?Kentucky, where affordable housing is scarce. We are thrilled to announce our first acquisition of Q3! Adding Minnesota as our 26th state and tipping our unit count over the 9,000 mark. We are excited to have Monroe Group Ltd. take over property management at both Pennel Park and Larson Commons.
