This cart in our warehouse was made circa 1975, identified by markings of the Steele Canvas stencil, and casters we used at the time. While it may not look as pretty as the day it came off the production line 50+ years ago, the integrity of the steel frame, caster boards and casters remain fully in tact and functional. While we could easily replace the liner, casters and caster boards to give it a face lift, we choose not to because it’s still serves it purpose and more importantly serves as a reminder and a testament to the quality product we make at Steele Canvas Basket. We don’t cut corners as a cost saving measure that would result in a far more inferior product.
