SEWN services are provided to the at no-cost through grant funding.

This is an unfortunate consistent theme, companies with EIDL and a MCA layered in, depressed sales, too slow to act, out of options, out of time. Most of the Companies tell me the MCA is unsecured, but that's clearly not the case. I'd like to understand better the possibility of how a junior lienholder slides in and secures control of the cash from a priority lienholder that has the operating account without them recognizing it and continuing to maintain control of it once they did. I recognize the possibility of this not being true in every case.
