With fast paced schedules, tight project sites and multiple phases of construction.... the SK Battery America project in Commerce, GA offered plenty of hurdles along the way. The project consisted of Steel Service supplying and installing over 33,000 tons of steel in roughly 2.4 million square feet of space for the two phases of work. Working with the team at Clayco to adapt and overcome those hurdles as they presented themselves is what makes the work so rewarding. Great teams rise to the challenge. We are thankful for the trust Clayco, and all of our clients put into our team with every opportunity we are given. While celebrating the successful completion of a project in Virginia, we are excited to also share updates on two of our ongoing projects in Texas. The Wadley Regional Medical Center in Texarkana is steadily approaching completion, while the Permian Basin facility in Midland is currently in the initial stages. We are extremely grateful for the trust and confidence Robins & Morton have shown in our team to bring these projects to fruition in each of these communities.

Recently, Conlan, along with some of our valued partners: Steel Service (Manufacturer), Piedmont Structural (Steel Erector), Gardner Watson (Decking), and Nashville Fab (Steel Erector), celebrated the topping out at Project Beach in Virginia Beach. This massive facility, developed by Panattoni and designed and engineered by Stantec, sits at 3.4 million square feet. Since steel erection began on 2/21, over 8,800 tons of structural steel have been erected!
