Our October Company Meeting took a ???spooky turn with a special ???Halloween edition! As we wrapped ?? up a busy school launch season, we added some Halloween cheer to our usual agenda of updates, financial insights, an open forum for questions, and welcoming new team members. ?? As we introduce two brand-new afterschool PROgrams this season — Revolution Robotics and RoboLeague — it is crucial to prepare our mentors with the knowledge and skills to guide and inspire the NextGen PROs (our incredible kids). To achieve this, mentors in Chicago and Dublin participated in the Revolution Robotics Mentor Training. During this experience, they: ???Explored the innovative Revolution Robotics equipment ???Reviewed the details of the new PROgrams ???Acquired skills to deliver interactive learning experiences Thank you to all the mentors for your proactive spirit and commitment to supporting these programs. This one is for the books! ?? We just kicked off our very first RoboJam in ???? Dublin. 19 teams of NextGen PROs competed in our first RoboJam, the monthly highlight of our weekly RoboLeague practices. The challenge, revealed during the competition, put their STEAM skills to the test as they battled to win the ?? RoboJam Champions ?? title. Parent feedback was overwhelmingly positive, and RoboJam was a huge success. ?? We couldn’t be more thankful for: ?? Coaches – David Ninan, Aoife Rutley, Munique McConnell, Fatima Nasibova, Ashley McCartan, Pia Prozesky, Lorena Villagra Domínguez, Seher Sayed, Adam Cheung, Caitriona Brennan – for guiding the teams through the weekly practices and the competition day, delivering an unforgettable experience. ??
