Fish on the bank! Well, most of it. This job has been a fun one and is still in progress. Stealth Thru Tubing was contracted to fish approximately 5,300 ft of 2 5/8 coil and associated BHA which was disconnected during the drill out after becoming stuck. We provided pre job consulting including recommended procedure, T&D analysis, and custom shoe design to ensure we could successfully recover the fish in a safe and efficient manner. So far we have cleaned out to the top of fish, removed a bridge with a custom built, one piece 3 1/2 CS Hydril shoe to have full torque capabilities, recovered the coil and upper components of the BHA, and currently are cleaning out to the lower fish to attempt to retrieve. We hate to put the cart before the horse and post about successes prior to completing the entire job but wanted to send big kudos to the team for the execution so far. Stealth Thru Tubing recently finished up this 6 well package with 2 crews and removed 456 plugs without any operational or HS&E incidents! Four of the six wells required a light weight fluid system to maintain circulation which can present challenges from a downhole tool perspective but Stealth Thru Tubing’s Submarine motor was up for the challenge! We enabled this operator to move to production quickly and efficiently! Fish on the bank! This was a fun one! Not a particularly tough fish but we were dealing with pretty restricted IDs and didn’t have much room for error! Fish retrieved in one trip with a 3.125 series 150 overshot and happy customer was back to fracing!
