Prospective Member: **looks at menu** "Oh great! You have food that I don't have to google before ordering!" This one still cracks me up! ?? When I talk about our Chef here at Statesville Country Club, I always tell people, "He can blow you away at events like our Wine Dinners & Chefs Tables, and if you're interested in that, there's plenty of dates I can give you. But for the everyday menus, he does simple food, VERY well". I'd like to think a big part of the right marketing approach to any Club is knowing who you are and OWNING it! You have to then represent that in all faucets of your Club, including your food. So proud of our team and members for collecting donations for our friends and neighbors in WNC! We gathered several truckloads of supplies in just a few days. Last week the team at Tim Johnson Landscaping, Inc. spent 3 days at the beautiful Statesville Country Club for an intensive budgeting and strategic planning meeting. TJL has had the privilege of working with Steve Steele as a fractional CFO with Wilson360 for the last several years. Steve keeps our team focused and on target while providing valuable insights as we take our annual deep dive into not only our financials, but what we do well and what we need improve on. Out of those hard discussions comes growth! What has become one of my favorite parts of a grueling week... a tradition we created a few years ago. On the last full day, we invite our entire management team from both offices to a nice dinner out. For the second year in a row that dinner was at the Statesville Country Club where Chef Jeremy and the entire staff knocked dinner out of the park. Honestly, there is no agenda to this dinner, just an opportunity to get the team together outside of the office. Then on the last day, that same team comes in together. We spend some time rolling out what our goals are for 2025 at a high level, and have outside speakers come in a do a couple of sessions in areas that help our team grow and move forward. The first session was led by Steve Steele and discussed financials, a great lesson on the path from Gross Revenue to Net Profit, and how the team could work together to execute with the precision necessary for Tim Johnson Landscaping, Inc. to lead the pack. Steve's session was followed by Kyle Dombkowski from SiteOne Landscape Supply who spoke on how SiteOne is working to build a great customer experience. Kyle also led our team through a series of thought provoking questions that led to great discussion not just on the importance of customer service, but the difference between good and GREAT customer service and how to build a great customer service team. Thank you to Jalyne Hanson for taking care of our team all week! After this week, our team is excited to finish 2024 strong and crush 2025!

Just wrapped up an incredible Chef's Table event at Statesville Country Club! It was an unforgettable experience watching Chef Jeremy Spencer showcase his culinary talents. The creativity, skill, and passion he brought to each dish left us all in awe. Grateful to have been part of such a unique dining experience. Looking forward to more events like this!
