With industrial areas encompassing local businesses, human capital, and economic development on the borough's west, south, and north shore regions, your perspective is needed. The fate of these areas will influence virtually every aspect of Staten Islanders' environment, from nearby neighborhoods and traffic to even air quality. The survey findings will help inform the Industrial Plan, the City’s long-term guide for building a modern, sustainable, and growing industrial economy. This plan will be developed by the NYC Department of City Planning (DCP), the New York City Economic Development Corporation (EDC), and the NYC Department of Small Business Services (SBS).
