Subcontractors on federal projects must often contend with a variety of standard clauses that are “flowed down” from the prime contract to the subcontract. The Wisconsin Supreme Court approved the petition to increase the annual lawyer fee for the Public Interest Legal Services Fund by $50 in two increments. The State Bar shared with the court its members' views (largely in opposition) to the petition and argued that only the Legislature can properly fund civil legal aid.
