Nouphay Kongphongmany is a woman of deep faith, a devoted wife, and proud mother of two. Originally from Laos, she spent the majority of her life in Louisiana, where her State Farm story began. “During a visit to his longtime State Farm independent contractor agent, my father was asked if he knew anyone who was bilingual in English and Laotian. This opportunity seemed like fate – more than just a job, it felt like an opened door to something greater.” As an agent team member, Nouphay worked as a receptionist and office manager before establishing her own State Farm agent office. “Being an agent is more than just a business; it's a calling. I find fulfillment in my work that goes beyond financial success. This month, we celebrate the one-year anniversary of State Farm independent contractor agent Jessica Romero’s office in Albuquerque, New Mexico! “As the daughter and only child of Mexican immigrants, I carry the legacy of their sacrifices, which opened doors that would have otherwise remained closed to me.
