We're celebrating National Hispanic Heritage Month (Sept. 15-Oct. 15) at State National! We enjoyed several special events hosted by the SNC chapter of Markel's employee-led UN1DOS Latin and Hispanic Professionals group, including deliciosos Mexican treats – nieve de garrafa (sorbet) and elote (street corn) – in our vibrantly decorated cafe! And the fun has continued with Latin American flag trivia, a Latin/Hispanic flag colors dress-up challenge, the Mexican board game Loteria, and the kick-off of this year's sign-ups for the UN1DOS annual Spanish 101 classes.
