Investment Week in LA was an eye-opener for me. I went in expecting to learn about new trends, but I came out with so much more. The people I met blew me away. From casual chats with AI researchers to in-depth discussions with VC partners, every conversation added a new layer to my understanding of where tech is headed. It wasn’t just about networking; I found myself forming genuine connections with folks who share my passion for innovation. What really struck me was the focus on AI, deep tech, and sustainable solutions. It’s clear these aren’t just buzzwords – they’re shaping the future of our industry. Listening to speakers like Bryan Johnson and Spencer Rascoff, I realized how these technologies are set to disrupt traditional sectors in ways we’re only beginning to grasp. The energy was infectious. Despite the challenges we face in tech – ethical concerns, regulatory hurdles – there was this overwhelming sense of optimism. People genuinely believe in technology’s power to solve big problems, and that enthusiasm is contagious. It’s not just about the next big app anymore; we’re talking about tech that could fundamentally change how we live and work.
