Ever had that moment when you realize your biggest obstacle is... yourself? ?? I did. Not too long ago, I was gearing up to launch a new project for Startup Grind. It felt thrilling, yet terrifying at the same time. My mind was flooded with doubts: ?? What if it fails? ?? What if no one cares? ?? Am I even cut out for this? But here’s the twist: Instead of letting those doubts drown me, I decided to flip the script! Instead of thinking about all the ways it could fail, I started focusing on all the ways it could succeed! ???? And guess what? That shift in mindset changed everything! Here’s what I learned through this experience: → Embrace your fears but don’t let them control you. → Write down your worst?case scenario and then create a plan to address each point! (Trust me, it helps!) → Take small actions every day towards your goal! Progress over perfection. → Surround yourself with people who uplift and challenge you. Their positivity can be infectious!
