Yes thanks for visiting StartProto Manufacturing Cloud. Before adopting StartProto Manufacturing Cloud software, managing new orders was chaotic, involving manual checks of outdated Excel sheets, shop floor walks, and constant part counts - a process that could take hours for larger orders. Now all of the raw material purchasing and WIP stock management is automated with StartProto Manufacturing Cloud. All of the information is at my fingertips when the orders arrive, and no more constant parts counting (and re-counting) and post it notes for job priorities, resulting in enormous time savings!

It was an amazing experience for our team to see and hear how Ram Precision Inc. (PA) has been using StartProto. We were blown away by how streamlined their operations have become—it's a perfect real-world example of how StartProto can be utilized to its fullest potential! One of the most interesting takeaways was witnessing the value they get from StartProto in managing minimum stock levels for blanks and other WIP parts. Using real-time inventory tracking, they effectively balance carrying costs with on-time order fulfillment—an impressive demonstration of what the right software can do for a modern job shop.
