New Venture Accelerator Company Secures $3 Million in Funding. Vulcan Line Tools, a Birmingham-based startup serving the electric utility and telecommunication industry, today announced a second round of funding totaling $3 million from Walter and Virginia Woltosz. The funding is the second from the Woltosz family, which funded Vulcan’s first $1 million capital raise in August 2022 through a strategic partnership.
