??? We had a great time taking our Just Imagine program to the African-Centered College Preparatory Academy (AC Prep) earlier this week! It's always a joy to introduce kids to the magic of theatre. Our team of professional actors spent an hour after the school day teaching improv, pantomiming, and other games to let their imagination run wild! What a great way to unwind after a long day! If you'd like to learn more about our Just Imagine program, find it under the 'Engage' tab at kcstarlight.com. Kansas City Public Schools

Hear from our President + CEO, Lindsey Rood-Clifford, for a construction update for phase 1 of our #UniquelyKC capital campaign! Thank you to KSHB / KMCI / The EW Scripps Company for their coverage of the beginning of Starlight's historic transformation! "To think about what it's going to mean in two years to have this next chapter of the Starlight story right in time for our 75th anniversary. We can't wait for people?to come out and see it and be apart of it."
Phase one of renovations begins at Starlight Theater

A note we received on Instagram from Kansas City Public Schools after seeing Journey To Oz at Starlight last week: "Our elementary students had a blast seeing Starlight's "Journey To Oz'! Thank you to Starlight Theatre & Vice President Alex Jones for making this such a memorable experience for so many of our young people! For many of them, this was their first in-person theatre experience." We're honored to be these kids' first foray into the world of theatre. Thank you for coming out to Starlight and THANK YOU for sharing this with us!
