??? We had a great time taking our Just Imagine program to the African-Centered College Preparatory Academy (AC Prep) earlier this week! It's always a joy to introduce kids to the magic of theatre. Our team of professional actors spent an hour after the school day teaching improv, pantomiming, and other games to let their imagination run wild! What a great way to unwind after a long day! We were thrilled to host the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum at Starlight this past Saturday for their 'Hall of Game' induction! Since 2006, Starlight has proudly awarded Vincent Legacy Scholarships to middle school students throughout metropolitan Kansas City. Each $2,500 Vincent Legacy Scholarship is administered by the Starlight Community Engagement Department, and funds are applied to the scholarship recipients’ performing arts training during their middle and high school years.
