Have you met our newest Stark Financial Teammate?! Charlie Allen Stark comes to us from Athercroft breeders in Sunbury, Ohio with a deep knowledge of toy play and snuggles. As of March 28th he has taken the position of CSO (Chief Smiles Officer) and has already hit the ground running with extensive lap sits, play time and puppy-dog eyes.
