For Immediate Hiring: Full-time Front & Back End Web Developer We are a company based in the US with a few e-commerce brands (we're aiming to have at least 5 brands before 2022 ends) operating on Shopify, Amazon, and Walmart targeting the US, Canada, UK & EU markets. We are looking for a Full-time Front & Back End Web Developer with a proven track record in E-commerce Web Development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing Web Development leadership and direction to improve and maintain web performance. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Knowing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and other relevant coding languages necessary for developing and maintaing e-commerce sites - Building websites with outstanding UI and UX optimized for different devices - Knowing and performing API Integrations - Creating and testing applications/plugins for websites? - Collaborate and work with web/graphics designers? - Presenting design specs? - Troubleshooting website problems? - Maintaining and updating websites? - Monitoring website traffic? - Staying up-to-date on technology - Leading and managing Web Development team, tasks, and projects - Overseeing the web development process - Creating policies and procedures for the Web Development department - Planning the training and standardization of service delivery - Helping in selecting and hiring new staff - Monitoring the work of individual representatives and of the team - Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff - Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance web development outputs - Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team Perks & Benefits: - $1,500 USD starting fixed monthly salary for a full-time role that is up to 40 hours of work per week - flexible schedule - remote work In order to be considered for the position, please write on top of your cover letter "I AM YOUR WEB DEVELOPER" All the best, Jude
