Thankfully, our driver emerged from this incident strong, managing to salvage every piece of linen that belonged to our client, except for those items that went up in flames. We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to the team at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown and the Loews Hotels & Co Philadelphia for ensuring our team member's safety. Additionally, we are grateful to the Philadelphia Police Department and Army National Guard for making sure no one was hurt during the event.
