Hiring managers or Application Tracking Systems (ATS) may sort through hundreds of resumes for a single job, meaning they often scan to find the most relevant details. The best way to get noticed as a candidate is to tailor your resume to the employer's job description. To do this, you need to showcase your most relevant qualifications using their keywords and specific phrases.

For the month of September, SCWD celebrated Workforce Development Month. Each day success stories were shared by clients, partners, employees, employees and youth called “Workforce Wins.” Take a look at how the staff was celebrated through a Shout Out board, notes of encouragement, ““Donut” know how we could do it without you” donuts, a group walk, and a scavenger hunt activity and an All-Staff Picnic and Fairview Park. Thanks to the staff and everyone who contribute to Workforce Development and make our outcomes more successful.
