The historic High Line Canal Trail, spanning 71 miles through the Denver metro area, had one major problem: a dangerous gap that forced trail users into unsafe crossings over busy roads. This newly honored project, led by Stanley Consultants as the prime engineer, closed that gap, creating a safer, more connected experience for all.? ?? A continuous 1.8-mile stretch with a 266-foot pedestrian bridge over Interstate 70 now allows seamless travel along the entire trail. Designed with extensive community input and sustainable touches like solar lighting, this project transforms how neighborhoods connect with nature and each other.? ?? ??
