In 1959 a group of Stanford University employees pooled their resources to create a financial institution that would be better than a bank, and dedicated to serving Stanford. Our membership grew to include the entire Stanford community—faculty, staff, students, volunteers, alumni, employees of Stanford Health Care and SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory. As the fall season hits full swing, it’s been an exciting (and busy!) few weeks hosting benefit fairs for our incredible employer partners. Last week, we wrapped up with Stanford Health Care and Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital, where over 2,400 attendees visited the benefit tables—a testament to the value these events bring to staff. Thank you benefits teams! This week, we continued at Stanford Health Care’s Tri-Valley locations in Dublin, Livermore, and Pleasanton, connecting with a few hundred more employees. It’s always a pleasure to provide Stanford Federal Credit Union’s services and resources, helping make financial wellness accessible for all. ??Today, I was also fortunate to attend Stanford Federal Credit Union’s Thanksgiving Appreciation Lunch—a wonderful opportunity to reflect on our collective efforts and the meaningful work we do for our members and community.
