Recent Team Experiences: Learning, Growth, and Connection ? The past few weeks have been busy, but rewarding, with some valuable learning experiences across the team. ?? ?? ? Our Fund Controllers recently completed a series of training sessions focused on enhancing their skills and knowledge. It was a great opportunity to sharpen technical abilities while also sharing insights with one another. In true Standish fashion we ended the program with a casual lunch, a nice way to unwind and connect. A few of our managers also had the exciting opportunity to travel abroad for a global leadership training. Standish made our debut in Halifax on campus at Saint Mary's University Accounting and Finance Career Fair last week! Our Halifax Office Lead, Justin Bennett, CPA, CA, had the chance to connect with St. Mary’s students to introduce Standish as the newest fund administrator in the Halifax area and share more about a career in PE and VC fund administration. He completed his Master's of Science in Finance degree from Bentley University Fall 2023 and then joined the Standish team full time, where he is currently in the Senior Associate role. Outside of work, he is an avid soccer fan that often participates in social and volunteer opportunities with the Boston Liverpool Supporters Club. Jayesh also enjoys singing some good tunes during karaoke!
