Standard has made an equity investment to develop Veterans Memorial Business Park, a 463,000-SF industrial park in Northwest Houston, TX in partnership with Investment & Development Ventures, LLC. The 188,000-square-foot building on 11 acres at 9865 N. Virginia St. is expected to break ground in the next month and be completed by summer 2025. The project seeks to fill a need during a time of increasing industrial vacancy and downturn in construction activity because there’s a dearth of new Class A industrial product that’s divisible into smaller spaces of 40,000-SF or larger.
We've announced that Standard is making an equity investment via its investment vehicle to develop a 180,000-square-foot industrial facility in partnership with Mohr Capital. The 11-acre prime industrial parcel at 9865 North Virginia Street, on the north side of Reno, NV, will be the future home to a state-of-the-art, multi-tenant industrial building.
